Made from Australian Native Finger Limes, orange juice, water and sugar, loving boiled down over several hours.
Glen Oaks Farm Finger Lime Jam and Finger Lime Marmalade, are a perfect blend of our home-grown Finger Limes and a splash of orange juice. They go great with cheese and biscuits, as a tangy addition to a marinade, on toast or fresh bread and as substitute for a citrus chutney to accompany your favourite curry.
Finger Lime Jam and Finger Lime Marmalade are available in 215 gm jars for $10.00 each. If you prefer a smaller jar size, please get in touch.
Unopened our jam or marmalade will last for 12 months. Once opened it should be refrigerated and used within 3 months. Jams and marmalades can be eaten after the best-before date, but they may have lost some of their quality.
